OUR PROFICIENCY
Our welding and fabrication team is made up of multiple groups of talented professionals who work together to achieve their objectives. Each team specializes in different areas, with some focusing on heavy-duty iron and structural work and others on precision and ornamental finishes. All team members are highly skilled and versatile in their work, with many being certified in both SMAW (Shield Metal ARC Welding) and GMAW (Gas Metal ARC Welding), as well as SMAW A5.20, according to AWS Standard D1.1.
We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment to handle a wide variety of fabrication and custom projects including; semi-automated saw, horizontal band saw, CNC plasma table, water jet, programmable hydraulic pipe and bar rolling system, brake press, deburring and polishing unit, TIG and MIG wire-fed welders, mobile welding rigs, and a paint booth.

MARVEL 380PC
SEMI-AUTOMATED SAW
This saw has a programmable auto-feed with a 14” x 21” cutting throat, allowing us to cut a wide variety of materials in various sizes to feed our many skilled fabricators at a higher rate of speed.

ELLIS HORIZONTAL
BAND SAW
This saw is a manual-style saw with adjustable stops and supports equipment in conjunction with Marvel 380 PC.

HYPERTHREM CNC
PLASMA TABLE
This table has a 20’ x 7’ water table cutting bed capable of producing high-volume flat cut detail parts with moderate to high precision accuracy (depending on thickness), which plays a key role in feeding our fabricators.

OUR EXPERTISE
Our shop is equipped with cutting-edge HAAS CNC machinery and technology to ensure efficient tooling and high-volume production. We use SolidWorks for CAD requirements and BobCAD for CNC machine programming. Our highly skilled machinists, who have over 70 years of combined experience, have manually composed much of our machine programming.
To keep up with the ever-growing demands, we frequently integrate new machines into our operations. In 2017, we expanded by adding eight additional machines to our existing lineup of six to include: HAAS VF 3 (x1), HAAS VF 2SSYT 5 AXIS (x4), HAAS UMC 500 5 AXIS (x1), HAAS Lathe ST10, ST20 (x2), ST30 WITH Y AXIS (x3), ST35 WITH Y AXIS (x2) and a laser etching machine.

OUR EXPERTISE

HAAS VF 3
The Haas VF3 is a vertical machining center that utilizes a 40-taper and provides a 40 x 20 x 25 travel. It is equipped with a 30 hp vector drive and a spindle speed of 8,100 rpm, but the VF3SS offers a maximum of 12,000 rpm. The VF3 also features a 20-station carousel tool change, 1,000 inches per minute rapids, and a 1 MB program memory.

HAAS VF 2 SSYT - 5 AXIS
Haas Super-Speed vertical machining centers offer high spindle speeds, fast rapids, and quick tool changes suitable for high-volume production and reduced cycle times. These machines feature a 12,000-rpm, inline direct-drive spindle, an ultra-fast side-mount tool changer, and high-speed rapids on all axes.

HAAS UMC 500 - 5 AXIS
Haas UMC-500 Series Universal Machining Centers offer an effective solution for 3+2 machining and simultaneous 5-axis machining for smaller, multi-sided, and complex parts with shorter travels and compact footprints.

HAAS LATHE ST SERIES
(10, 20, 30, 35)
The Haas ST Series high-performance turning centers are designed from the ground up to provide setup flexibility, extreme rigidity, and high thermal stability. In our facility we have:
ST10 (x1)
ST20 (x2)
ST30 - Y AXIS (x3)
ST35 - Y AXIS (x2)

LASER ETCHING
MACHINE
Laser engraving is a non-contact method that provides high precision for creating customized artwork and practical product features, such as identification marks. It is a fast and infinitely customizable process that yields excellent results.

OTHER SERVICES
Our manufacturing capabilities extend beyond machining as we also specialize in design engineering. We assist clients who possess an idea but require assistance in transforming it into a tangible product. Our primary aim is to translate their concepts into practical parts or assemblies. We offer design support and value engineering to aid in budgeting but our comprehensive range of services includes R&D, CAD/CAM design, engineering, prototyping, and production runs.

MAXIUM 2040
OMAX WATERJET
This water jet has a cutting envelope of 13' 10" x 6' 7 that can cut virtually any material except soft-tempered glass. It cuts out flat auxiliary pieces with great accuracy and little to no heat affect zones. An articulating head assembly to cut bevels and miters can further cut down on process time, which again feeds our fabricators.

PIPE AND BAR
ROLLING
This programmable, high-tension hydraulic system allows us to roll standard pipe sizes and solid bars to a custom radius to suit project requirements up to 20’ lengths.

MITSUBISHI 220 TON
BRAKE PRESS
This press has 120” between ram drives and a 24” throat depth capable of bending material up to 3/8” thick, which assists in cutting fabrication time by forming particular pieces quickly with great accuracy .

TIME SAVER DEBURR
& POLISHING UNIT
This unit has a 24” wide auto-feeding table with a height capability of 9”. It deburrs material that would otherwise be required by hand. It also gives us the ability to polish stainless or other material up to a #8 finish in-house.
