The process we employ is tailored to the specific demands of each project, encompassing various aspects such as design and material parameters, timeline constraints, procurement lead times, account engineering, code requirements, and regulatory compliance issues.
We also pay attention to the procurement, fabrication, processing, and installation of any special material attachments, including temporary or permanent lifting fixtures and substrate attachments.
Moreover, we consider the relevant finishing specifications such as paint, powder coat, metal blackening/patina, kynar finishes, brushing, or polishing, and collaborate with a network of finishers to incorporate these requirements into the design, fabrication, and installation process as necessary.
Once each of these variables is considered, we collaborate closely with the relevant engineer and/or customer to finalize the design and ensure its success.
OUR PROCESS
We specialize in taking on challenging projects and tight timelines, including emergency situations where items such as embeds or bollards need to be fabricated or installed quickly. We also offer design assistance and value engineering to help our clients stay within budget.
With extensive experience in a variety of fields, including underground utilities, steel structures, metal buildings, glazing, industrial plant items, fall protection and machining, our team is well-equipped to provide solutions for your needs. Additionally, we have an in-house structural engineer to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
