FabHar has built a reputation of being a "Swiss-Army Knife" solution for fabrication and manufacturing services in the Dallas- Fort Worth metroplex. Our longstanding customer relationships have enabled us to transition from serving as not only a commercial construction subcontractor but also as a wholesale manufacturer to Oil and Gas and Waterworks, catering to a wide range of applications. Our work is segmented into four main departments; Architectural Fabrication, Structural and Misc. Steel Fabrication, Waterworks Wholesale Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas Wholesale Manufacturing, but we are not limited to these four areas as we also take on custom projects of varying sizes and scopes within our area of expertise. OUR HISTORY
FabHar was founded in 2008 by Jim Hargis, President, in Princeton, Texas. Drawing on extensive experience in the construction industry, Jim launched FabHar with a clear vision: to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. After consulting with industry peers and asking the simple question, “What service can I provide, and what do you need?” Jim identified a growing demand for metal fabrication and supply. He then invested in the right machinery, materials, and skilled personnel to meet those needs.
Driven by a tireless work ethic and positive attitude, FabHar has grown steadily, adapting to each client’s unique requirements and expanding into new areas of fabrication and wholesale manufacturing. This commitment to growth and innovation remains strong as we prepare to break ground on a new, state-of-the-art facility in Van Alstyne, Texas—just 25 miles north of our current location. The new facility will significantly increase our production capacity and modernize our office space, enabling us to better serve our clients and support our growing team.

Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and bring extensive expertise in structural steel, miscellaneous metal works, metal buildings, glazing, underground utilities, manufacturing, design, value engineering, fabrication, welding, tooling, machining, and more.
